We are licensed and in good standing. We are in good standing with our W/C Carrier and had less the 15% loss ratio last year. I had an investor who bowed and and now would like sell for the price of the debt. Employees don't know and this is a distress sale so needs to be fast. Contact via email first. We have had one claim this year which was taken care of with a trip to the doctor and employee was back to work. We have zero dollar deductible so yes the W/C Carrier knows and takes responsibility for the claim. Last year we had less than 10% losses. We are looking at a mod reduction January 1st.. 4. The majority of our comp is light blue to white 5% or less on codes. We do have some exceptions for clients with a history of managed worker comp losses of less than 20% average for 3 years. I would have to pull the comp codes to look at the top 10. 8810 would be at the top. 5. We expect to see a reduction in our Unemployment Rate in 2009. (THIS LISTING WAS SOLD IN APRIL 2008)

Company 2 does nationwide staffing: it issued 3500 w2s last year but has an average of 1800 worksite employees. Company 3 does higher end codes like loggers and roofers. It has been in business for only 1 year and will do 6 million this year. Companies 1 and 2 have been around for 3 years. The company is with assigned risk. It earns a net profit of about half a million Dollars a year. It can make more with the right workers comp. The owner will see all 3 companies for 8 million, subject to negotiations. Open to selling one or two of the 3 companies. Owner is also open to see a part interest in the business, like 60 or 70%. In that case, he will stick around and continue to work. Owner is a great salesman.
