Rights of Employees Under NLRA

The NLRA gives employees the rights to: join unions; engage in conduct aimed at promoting or helping unions; choose a union to represent them in collective bargaining with their employer; and engage in group conduct that has as its purpose collective bargaining or helping each other regarding workplace issues (this includes the right to strike). The law also says that employees have the right not to do these things if that is their desire.
