Retaliation


Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 , the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Equal Pay Act prohibit retaliation by an employer, employment agency, or labor organization because an individual has engaged in protected activity.
