EEOC Procedural Regulations


The procedures for enforcing Title I of the ADA are virtually identical to the enforcement procedures for Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Rather than issue a separate set of procedural regulations for the ADA, the EEOC merely amended its existing Title VII procedural rules to apply to both Title VII and the ADA.
