Daylong Reading Is Not A Major Life Activity

The Seventh Circuit has determined that while being unable to read all day long due to in impairment to the eyes ''is a misfortune for someone who loves to read or wants to hold a job (a judgeship for example!) that requires continuous reading, ... the ability to read all day long is not a major life activity.''
