Acceptable Documentation to Meet I-9 Requirements


The following documents are acceptable to establish both identity and employment eligibility: 1. United States passport 2. Certificate of United States Citizenship, INS Form N-560 or N-561 3. Certificate of Naturalization, INS Form N-550 or N-570 4. An unexpired foreign passport as defined by law 5. Alien Registration Receipt Card, INS Form I-151, or Resident Alien, INS Form I-551, provided that it contains a photograph of the bearer 6. Temporary Resident Card, INS Form I-688A
